There is no background. The black is the only part that is a decal. The white just represents the surface you would apply it to. Easy to apply and comes with simple instructions.

Items will be shipped out next day after payment and color have been received
If items are purchased on Saturday or Sunday:
Items will be shipped out first think Monday Morning

Items are shipped out via United States Postal Service with tracking and confirmation. Tracking number will e sent to the buyer via eBay Messages, also the tracking number can be found in the purchase area of PayPal. Please allow 1 day before the tracking number is viewable. Decals are shipped out in either a large envelope with cardboard backing for secure support, or in a tube, depending on the size of the decal. Instructions are included for easy and quick placement.
Applying a vinyl decal to a bumpy or textured wall will be more difficult and it might not stick well to this type of surface. It really depends on how textured your wall is. We have successfully applied several of our vinyl decals to lightly textured walls. It can be done, but expect the installation process to be a bit more cumbersome. Also, please consider your wall condition before you order. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for decals that don’t properly adhere to textured walls.

**Knock down Textured Walls, or very High Glossed Walls may experience some difficulty with edges
