Airmail is uninsured. Gameagora is not responsible for items that are stolen, lost, damaged, uninsured, or sent to unconfirmed and apo/fpo/PO boxes. We highly recommend EMS which is traceable and insured. In the event an EMS item is lost, or its contents are stolen or damaged while being handled, you may claim an indemnity for the actual amount of the loss, theft or damage up to ¥20000(about $190).

We will exchange defective products within 14 days upon receiving shipment. We do not accept returns of item(s) involving incompatibility issues. We do not accept returns of the systems. No returns on dead pixels. All games are refundable only if they are in the original factory seal and unopened. Shipping charges are not refundable. For returning item(s), insured and traceable shipment service must be used by buyer. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund.
