This set is brand new from 2010, New in the Box, factory sealed, never opened or played with. What you see is a picture of the actual product in hand, not a stock photo. 

It comes factory sealed and complete with 475 pieces. It includes four minifigs and what looks like a small sting ray and cool underwater submarine. This is a very nice set and has been stored  away from water and light and comes from a smoke free home.

This would make the perfect present for anyone who loves Legos and the Atlantis series. These are becoming harder and harder to find and may not be available in stores.
