Each item is 1(one) 3"X8" premium glow in the dark sheet. This sheet is coated with a permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive and backend with a 5 mil poly coated paper liner. The luminescent system used is none-radioactive & non-toxic. Tape will glow in total darkness after exposure to artificial or natural light - it is fully charged within 30 minutes. Glows brightest the first 20 minutes after activation has ceased, but will remain clearly visible in a totally dark room to the night adapted eye for up to 6 hours. This is the above average rating in this category of products.
