Policies

Payments and Shipping Information

Payments must be received within 7 days after the end of an auction. Upon receiving your payment, item(s) will be shipped within 24 working hours.

Parcels will be shipped out within 1 business days after received the payment and delivery to the your registered address on PayPal which normally
takes 7 -15 days.

To avoid delays caused by delivery failure, please ensure your detailed address and full name registered on your PayPal account. If the parcel is required
to deliver on an address which is not same to per registered on PayPal, please specify a note while you making the payment on PayPal. We will not
responsible for extra shipment and delivery cost which is caused by a wrong or undeliverable address was supplied.

When will my order arrive?
Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours once payment is confirmed. Your package will usually arrive within 7 to 14 working days.
Shipping time varies on receiver's location.

However, for remote areas and certain countries (e.g. Brazil, France), shipping time will be much longer (more than 2 weeks).

Returns and Exchanges

All returns/exchanges must be in brand new & resalable condition and in original packaging.

Returns must be received by us within 14 days upon the delivery date of the order.

It may takes up to 7 business days on processing the returned product(s).

One year of warranty with free repair services will be provided for all Radio & Equipment products, which will be effective after 30 days from
the date you received the product(s).

Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable for all returned items.

Products shipped from us will declare as gift and with to Low price value, shipping list and invoice will be excluded from the package, which can
minimize the possibility for delays during clearance or any Import duties and Taxes issues raised by Customs.

Please note you must borne for any additional charges, import duties or taxes in case it is still required from the Customs in your Country.
