We are UK Based Company and we dispatch all item from UK (London) via,
Royal-Mail (for Standard Parcels "First Class" and Next Day "Royal Mail Special Delivery),
we may also use City-Link & UPS (for Next day delivery and Bulk/Quantity Orders),
it all depends on the order quantity and service availability (any preference you can ask us).
Any order received before 3pm on working day will be dispatched SAME-DAY otherwise next working day.
Most orders get delivered by next working day and most European orders get delivered within 5 working days.

RETURN POLICY
Within 10 days of your order placed, we offers hassle-free 7 days exchange only if your parcel is defective
due to manufacturing problem. Standard 90 days warranty is included.
The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed: -
We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate any error,
buyer has responsibility to follow the test correctly.
The item must be returned in NEW condition and with the entire original package,
including cartons, parts and instructions manual (if applies).
Customer is responsible for return postage, but we will cover all expense in sending safe replacement.
Physical or accidental damages are not covered by the warranty.
To return any item you must first inform us and obtain RMA (return merchandise Authorization) Number,
RMA number will be issued and it needs to be displayed clearly on the returning item.
item returned without the RMA number is unidentifiable and will be lost.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
