We ship within 1 business day of your payment.
Business days are
M-Th 7am-4pm and Fri 7-11am MST. We observe all Federal, USPS and UPS
holidays.
All
items come with a 5 day doa warranty. Exchanges will be issued if a
replacement is available upon return of doa item. If time is an issue
you can purchase another replacement to be shipped out immediately and I
will refund upon return of the item. If no replacement is available a
refund will be given at your request upon return of the doa item. I do
not issue refunds for buyers remorse but I am flexible and will usually
buy the item back minus all shipping, paypal and Ebay expenses.
*If you need expedited shipping, contact us via eBay messaging before paying for your item. We will then send you an invoice reflecting any additional shipping charges. All payments received by 10:30am MST will most likely ship the same day. Some days our sales are in the hundreds so items will be shipped in the order of payment unless you need a bump in line let me know and I will try to get yours out first.
Local buyers may pick up an item during business hours which are M-Th
7am-4pm, and Fri 7-4 MST. You must pick up your item within three (3)
business days of your payment. All payments must be made via PayPal and
local sales tax will apply.

All items are fully tested immediately before dismantle and listing.
We package for shipping immediately after listing in bubble wrap and
anti static bags to ensure that items arrive at your door the same way
they were when they were pulled. We take every step possible to
ensure that you get the best quality and lowest priced products on Ebay
and to ensure that our products can stay the lowest on Ebay, All sales
will be final. Please have your item installed by a qualified
technician for best results.
International buyers:
You are responsible for all shipping costs and customs fees. We cannot be responsible for the length of time your item takes to get to you. We do ship Priority international for items under $200 and Express mail for items costing more than $200. I do my best to estimate shipping within $5 however you will be responsible for any excess shipping if I am off by more than $5. Flat rate boxes will be used whenever possible to save you shipping costs.
Local buyers:
Local buyers are responsible for NM state sales tax.

We strive to provide the lowest possible prices on quality gently used equipment. If you experience a problem with your item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. After 3 days, the sale will be considered final. We will do our best to resolve the issue. Please read all return/exchange policies before purchasing. We cannot provide technical support for you so please make sure to contact a qualified technician if you are unsure about your needs. We definitely appreciate positive feedback and 5 stars for us upon receipt of your item. This is the only way that we can afford to give you items at 80-90% off of retail.
