D21 - Powerspark Lucas 59D A+ High Energy Electronic Distributor

This Powerspark High Energy Distributor is a direct replacement for the Lucas 59D Distributor. It comes complete with a Powerspark Electronic Ignition and Powermax Moulded Red Rotor Arm.

It is suitable for any vehicle that uses the Lucas 59D 4 Cylinder Distributor, which was used in the A Series + Engine used in Austin Mini, Metro and Allegro, as well as some Morris vehicles.

Powerspark Electronic Ignition Kit - This kit (pre-fitted in this distributor) replaces the standard points and condenser system with a simple electronic pick up. It gives trouble free starting and smoother running to rid your classic car of ignition related maintenance issues.

Powermax Red Rotor Arm - A moulded rotor arm unit designed to be stronger and more reliable than the original riveted unit. Riveted rotor arms are known to loosen and break apart over time - the Powermax moulded arm is a no compromise replacement.

CE - Powerspark Ignition Coil equivalent to DLB198

This is a Powerspark High Energy Ignition Coil, equivalent to Lucas part number DLB198 Sports coil, 0.8 Ohm resistance for High Energy Electronic Ignition

Delivers a high performance, faster spark, producing up to 40,000 volts with 3 Ohms primary resistance.

Fits all engines with points ignition and non-ballasted ignition systems.

Set of 8mm Performance Powerspark Silicone HT leads suitable for 4 A Series and A Series Plus 4 cylinder engines.

Fitment includes Austin Mini, Metro, Allegro 1.3, Morris Minor, Ital 1.3, Marina 1.3, Reliant Kitten, Wolseley Hornet and more.

Our HT leads use double silicone insulation surrounding a carbon ferroflex core for maximum spark transfer and minimal power loss. This combination gives you a strong, reliable, long lasting HT lead that’s perfect for use with electronic ignition. These HT leads are resistant to temperature, water, oil and chemical degradation. They meet ISO 3808 quality standard.

	Negative Earth Ignition Coil with less than 1.5 Ohms resistance A+ engine (please ensure you have a V shaped clamp holding your distributor into the engine) If you do not have the V shaped clamp it is an A series engine so please see either of our 45D distributors. If you have a black module on the side of the distributor then only the Powerspark Sports Electronic 59D is suitable when replacing your distributor. Please ask if you are unsure

	Pricing Our shipping prices are constantly monitored to ensure you are not overpaying and our costs include secure packaging. Stock All our items are in stock and ready to send from the UK and try and get your order out within 24 hours.



	Standard Returns We are happy to accept returns if items are returned within 7 days of being received and providing they have not been used or opened and are in original condition. An email MUST be sent before returning your item and a note must be enclosed with the returned item stating the reason for the return and quoting your eBay ID and the item number. Postage for returned items will not be refunded. Faulty Items All products are individually inspected before being dispatched to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. We have helper pages on our shopfront for conversion kits and distributors to assist with installation so we encourage you to work through these before contacting us as 80% of issues are resolved when doing so. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please contact us within 28 days of receipt via email or telephone. Please do this before returning any item in order to organise return of the product (preferably in its original condition). Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace items where possible or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.
