What is the price of components after my initial purchase of machine?

This is very important!! After your initial machine purchase you will require components to keep making badges. Our G Series machines are very high quality and may cost a little more than the competition initially, our components are very competitivly priced and much less than our competitors.

How many operations are required when making a badge?

In badge making seconds are important!! Our machines are fast swing action and simply require loading of dies and then 2 pulls down on the handle (unlike other machines available on ebay require you to remove a cap and replace on every operation). In summary our machines are quicker to operate which means you will make more badges per hour, combine this with low priced badge components meaning your cost per badge will be much lower.

We are based in the UK and so if you require any assistance, we are only a telephone call away and here to help! With fast despatch of orders once cleared payment is received, your order can be with you with 24 to 48 working hours (UK addresses)

Producing a badge is done in two simple operations. Load the dies with your artwork and the components, and then after pulling down the lever, slide the dies around and pull down the lever a second time. This machine is quite capable of producing 300 badges/hour (this assumes that your artwork is ready and cut to size). Full operating instructions will be sent out along with the machine.

Machine dimensions are approx  100mm(W) x 260mm(D) x 340mm(H) (H=when handle raised) and weighs approx 3.8kg making it easy to move around.

The only other items that you may require apart from your printed artwork is a circle cutter and a protective G Series Carry case with interior pre cut foam padding, both items can be found here in my other listings. Should you have any further questions then please do not hesitate to contact me.
