You are bidding on the "DOWN PAYMENT" for a Gorgeous 20.24 ACRE HUNTING RANCH / HOMESITE / CABINSITE Located In Central Hudspeth County, Texas. We Have Broke Up A Large 1,295 Acre Ranch Property In One Of The Most Spectacular Areas Of West Texas. DRIVING DIRECTIONS: This property is about 9 miles north of Interstate 10, and is located in Sections 31 & 32 of Block Block 71, Township 6. From Interstate 10 and the County Seat of Sierra Blanca, you will drive north on Route 1111 for about 18 miles. If you are driving in from the Cornudas area, you will drive south on Route 1111 for 23 miles. At the Gunsight Ranches Sign, you will turn west and follow the maintained gravel road for 8 miles. Then turn left and follow CHEYENNE ROAD straight south for 6 miles to the northwest corner of the ranch. There are some rougher spots on this section line trail road and it is not for a low sitting car. You will want to be in a pickup or an SUV. You will be at the Ranch just after passing a pond on the right side.

The northern side of the Ranch is fenced and there is a trail road that runs across the entire north side of the Ranch. The gate in the fence to enter the Ranch is on the north side about 1 mile east of the pond. Once on the Ranch there is a dirt trail road that runs down across the eastern portion and out through a Canyon near the southeast corner. We also had a dirt road cut in running east to west through the center of the Ranch so every Acre Parcel had road access. The 20 Acre Parcels not directly fronting on this road will have legal access to this road over 30 foot wide easements following along the parcel lines.

We Had This Ranch Surveyed!!! The section corners are surveyed and marked. We have every GPS Co-ordinate of every corner of every parcel and will supply all buyers with a large map showing all of these points.
