How We Pack Used/Refurbished Monitors:

1. To protect the panel and bezel, we put film on the screen and on the bezels.
2. We provide a dual-link DVI-D cable, a power adapter(voltage-free), a US/Canadian Plug, and a          power cable. All components are tested and wrapped before being packaged.
3. To prevent damages during shipping, we securely protect the monitor with bubble wrap.
4. We include a trouble-shooting guide with the monitor. 
5. For extra safety, we wrap the box again to prevent any damages while in-transit.

Refurbished Items

- All of our monitors are tested before they are shipped out. However, in rare cases the item may        have small backlight bleeding from the manufacturing process. This does not cause any major             problems for the user, but please take it into consideration before making a purchase.

* Compatibility 

- These monitors are bypass-type monitors. Please check compatibility with your graphics card          before making a purchase.

* Recommended graphic cards

>NVIDIA: GTX460 or more than 1GB memory, with Dual Link DVI-D port.
>ATI: HD6850 or more than 1GB memory, with Dual Link DVI-D port.
