In case you changed your mind, item doesn't fit, the item becomes
not necessary, the items is damage or the items is different from
the description, You can claim the returning, exchange or refund
for the items within 14 days upon receipt of the shipment.
In this case, the item must be in a perfect brand new condition with
no damage, contamination, stain, etc. Also, the original package,
label and tag must be in place. You will need to pay the shipping cost
for the exchange. If you want the refund, the partial refund will
be made excluding the shipping cost upon receipt of the item.
In case, the item is delivered broken, damaged or different from
the item description, we shall replace without any additional cost
or issue the full refund.
