We reserve the right to cancel orders
and refund payments if we suspect fraudulent behaviour.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch authorised orders
within 24 hours of cleared payment (excludes weekends and bank holidays were
goods will be dispatched next business day). Any dates quoted for delivering
the goods and/or completing performance of the service are approximate only.
We use professional carriers, such as
Royal Mail, UPS, DPD, DHL or Parcel Force for UK and Worldwide deliveries. For
Worldwide delivery, please click on the Postage & Payment tab above for
more information and prices. Worldwide delivery times vary on their
destination.
RETURNS UNDER 7 Days
You are entitled to cancel your
Contract, so long as you provide us with written notice at any time within 7
working days starting from the day after you received the goods. You can send
your cancellation notice by email via eBay. Your cancellation notice must quote
your name, address, the name or a description of the goods and your order
reference number.
Upon receiving your cancellation
notice, we will contact you and provide details of where you must return the
goods and other relevant instructions. You must then immediately return the
goods to us.
We recommend that goods should be sent
by a recorded method of delivery, as proof of return may be required. Goods
should also be insured in case they go missing or are damaged during return
transit. You are responsible for the security and safety of the goods until
they are received and accepted back into our premises. If you do not use
insurance and the goods are damaged or go missing, you are fully liable for the
cost of the goods.The goods must be returned to us in the same condition in
which you received them, with its original packaging and the original invoice.
We will charge you a restocking fee of up to 20% on goods that are returned to
us opened or used.
Please note: WE DO
NOT ISSUE VAT INVOICE.
REFUND PROCESS
FOR RETURNS (UNDER THE “COOLING OFF” PERIOD)
We will examine any returned goods and
will notify you about your refund via email within a reasonable period of time.
We will usually process a refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7
days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you are entitled to it.
Refunds will be made by crediting the payment card or electronic payment
account you used to purchase the goods.
Please note; if you have paid for
express delivery in preference to the standard delivery option this will not be
refunded.
WARRANTIES
All products that come with
manufacturer warranties will have it mentioned in their respective listings.
All other products come with 14 days return to base warranty, from date of
purchase, unless otherwise stated.
