We usually dispatch goods within 24-48 hours. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery to occur. We cannot guarantee delivery times unless the express option has been selected. We are pleased to offer customers express delivery for urgent orders. The cost is extra depending on the product, weight and delivery address. We do not deem goods to be lost, stolen or delayed until 15 working days has passed. We may ask customers to wait this period in the hope the goods will be delivered.
International customers please note: We dispatch most goods using UK Royal Mail service. The carrier on the destination country is most likely to be the state owned postal service. International shipments can take from 5 - 20 days for the goods to arrive.

Graded Goods offer exceptional value
They are checked, inspected, repaired (if necessary), graded and reboxed (if necessary) complete with all accessories. They may have minor cosmetic marks that do not affect or hinder the functionailty in any way. All refurbished items will be clearly marked in the description. In some cases the item will still be in the original retail packaging which may be damaged, marked or scuffed also some of the internal packaging may not be original. Refurbished products represent excellent value for money with our 6 or 12 months return to base warranty. You can purchase safe in the knowledge these products have been rigorously checked, failure rate on refurbished products is actually lower than on new products!
GRADE EXPLANATION:
BRAND NEW - Comes with 12 months or more manufacturers warranty, with no defects whatsoever and are unopened
AS NEW - May have slight box damage or seals broken. Item will be brand new and unused. Comes with 12 months or more manufacturers warranty (unless specified otherwise)
REFURBISHED - Are almost like new goods, but some may be more marked or scratched than others. It may also display some packaging marks and defects. Usually comes with all necessary parts and manuals. Comes with a 60 days Return to Base days warranty (unless specified otherwise)
USED GOODS - May or may not come with original packaging and may show greater signs of use. Some items may be missing parts (will be specified on each listing). Comes with 28 days Return to Base warranty (unless specified otherwise)
UNTESTED RETURNS
This stock comprises of mixed products that are deemed unfit for resale. These will include:
1. Mostly returns from customers as “faulty” although no testing at our warehouse has taken place. This product may be missing some accessories. Model changes could have occurred which may mean you receive a similar or same specification item. Packaging may be missing.
2. Returns from customers under our 14 day money back guarantee policy that are technically OK but the packaging is damaged.
3. Products damaged in our own warehouse processes. Products which cannot be resold following return either because they are personal care items such as shavers or digital storage devices. e.g. Digital cameras or MP3 players
4. All ‘Untested Returns′ sold by Pink Elephant through eBay are sold on the condition that the merchandise will either be repaired, reworked or recycled by the purchaser to allow future resale to an end user, or alternatively will be resold as second hand in the same condition that it is purchased from Pink Elephant. This product is sold on the understanding that it will not be resold as ‘new′ and that any electrical products will be tested by a qualified electrician before resale.
