Combined Orders and Shipping Cost
Discount
Whenever reasonably practicable,
we will combine orders for shipping, and adjust the cost of
shipping accordingly. When 'Instant Payments'
are made for multiple items any overpayment of shipping cost
will be refunded.

Shipping and Packing
In the interest of economy we
prefer Royal Mail Second Class post and we dispatch orders
within 24hrs (Monday - Saturday). The Royal Mail aim to
deliver Second Class post on the 2nd or 3rd day after posting.
If time is more important, you may select the option of
First Class post. Again, we will dispatch these orders
within 24hrs (Monday - Saturday).
The Royal Mail delivers more than 90% of First Class post on
the next working.
Delivery charges can be found at the "Postage and payment
details" section of this page. The price covers our costs for
postage and packaging materials.

Payment
We can accept
payment by the following methods:-
PayPal - The easy, simple, and reliable online payment service owned by
eBay.
Cheque -
We
accept cheques denominated in
GBP Sterling and drawn on a UK bank account.
Please allow 5-7 working days for the cheque to clear once we
have received it.
Cash or UK Postal Order - both will be sent at own risk.
Buyers can use the ebay 'Instant Payment' facility to make
payment, or click the 'Pay Now' button on the ebay purchase
confirmation email. Alternatively, buyers can request an
invoice.
Please arrange to make Payments within 48hrs, or in other circumstances please contact us and keep us
informed.

Returns
If the buyer is not entirely
satisfied with their purchase, goods may be returned in unused
condition and within 14 days for refund. It will be the buyers
responsibility to ensure the goods are received safely at our
address.
Where there has been damage in
transit please retain all parts of the damaged items and
packaging, and inform us immediately.

Feedback and
what happens if something goes wrong
We want you to be
entirely satisfied with every aspect of the transaction. If
something goes wrong we would like to hear about it before you
leave feedback. We work hard to provide good service and will
endeavour to correct any problem - even when it is not our
fault.
When leaving feedback, please remember Dispatch Time is how
quickly we posted your item (please see the date on the post
label). Delivery Time is how quickly the Royal Mail brings the
item to you. Delayed delivery is regrettable but it is the
fault of the Royal Mail - please don't penalise us for it.
We leave feedback on the day your
item is posted.
