When will my order be sent?

Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri. Allow 2 days for processing your order.

We do not ship orders at weekends or holidays.

We ARE NOT held responsible for delays in delivery. Normally Order will be with you in 2-3 working days.

Fast Next day delivery option is also available upon request for small extra charge. All items are quality checked prior to dispatch.

How will my order be packaged?

We pack our items in white bubble envelopes if there is a risk of damage to the product. Some items will be packaged in grey mailing bags. There is NO DESCRIPTION on the package for PRIVACY and CONFIDENTIALITY.

We also package our products in the most efficient way to save on postage charges, so that YOU, as a customer, can enjoy the product faster and pay less for delivery.

Can you combine shipping?

We are happy to combine shipping on the same order, please get in touch.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO NORWAY AS THIS COUNTRY DOES NOT ALLOW ANY SUPPLEMENTS. IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM NORWAY UNFORTUNATELY WE WILL HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

We are happy to accept returns, if they are returned within 14 days of being received, and providing item has not been used or opened and is in original condition.

Postage for returned items will not be refunded, unless agreed otherwise.

For the fastest turnaround please use PayPal. This will ensure your item is dispatched in the shortest possible timescales.

Bidding

Most of the products we have listed require IMMEDIATE payments. On bidding auctions payment must be received within 5 days of the auction ending. Failure to do this will usually result in the item being re-listed and a 'non-paying bidder alert' being raised. We are reasonable, so please communicate with us whenever necessary.

Packaging

All our items are packaged as carefully as possible, and where required, we will extra precautions to ensure the item arrives safely.

Postage & Packing

We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage.

• Packaging costs, special packaging where required
• Bubble enevelopes and printing materials
• Cost of picking and preparing your order

Feedback

Please leave feedback once you receive your order and you are happy. We will leave a feedback when we see you have left one. Due to the nature of our products and because some of the listings are not private we will not give you feedback unless we see one from you. No feedback from you - we will assume you are happy, but you do not wish to receive feeback for a particular item.
