  • INA is not financially responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package is in USPS possession

    • All packages have Signature Confirmation and online tracking.

    • USPS Priority Mail takes 6-10 business days for delivery.
    • USPS Express Mail takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
    • Tracking is unavailable once the package leaves the United States.
