12 x 3-0 Sterile Silk Suture Kits
These are individually wrapped NFS needles with 30" (75mm) of non-absorbable 3-0 silk suture. Ready to use, no threading neccesary. These are marked vet use only.
The box acts as its own drawer and the 12 individually wrapped kits are double sealed with a plastic pouch over the more durable aluminum foil pouch. The string is in a cardboard carrier to avoid tangling.
Think of suture and needles like you would wire gauge, the smaller the number the larger the size. So a 3-0 suture is heavier than a 4-0 etc. Use a 3-0 for medium work/openings and thinner skin. As you get into lighter skin and smaller openings you move into lighter suture kits with 5-0 being the lightest and smallest I carry.
NFS needles are probably the easiest to use, not too much arc that they require a lot of wrist action, not so little you need to pinch the skin. The NFS1 needle is pictured and is almost 3/4" (13mm) from tip to tip, you will need forcepts to use this needle size.Sorry for the long description but I get a lot of questions and thought I would just cover it in the ad.

I am very experienced shipping internationally and I usually use first class international shipping. This is a slow but reliable service, please expect 2-4 weeks for delivery. Usually the longer times are when customs slows up the shipment.
I unconditinally guarantee all merchandise for 14 days from the receipt of the shipment. Please save the original shipping carton and contact me if you need to return an item.
Please read the ad completely, I am very honest in my apprasal of the item and there should be not be any surprises. I try always for the lowest freight rates. Usually the item you are buying will NOT come in the original packaging to save on freight. I can supply the original packaging but it will probably increase the postage you pay.
