We are a small sized business which designs and manufactures protective motorcycle garments. Our mission is to design innovative motorcycle clothing that combines comfort, style and protection of high standard.

From our base in Wiltshire England, we have been operating in the motorcycle clothing sector since 2012. We have customers worldwide and have shipped approximately 30,000 products globally.

All our products are designed in the UK. Our location in the UK enables us to understand the latest trends and technologies. We use this understanding and customer feedback to create innovative products. Although we do not have an extensive product portfolio that covers everything, our limited product line helps us to focus on continually improving the usability and quality of our products.

Pricing:

Let’s face it – high quality motorbike gear is extremely expensive. Our business is driven by the motivation to overcome this high price challenge. Our mission is to provide high quality products to bikers at affordable prices. We think we have done a good job so far which is evident from our legion of happy customers.

Returns/Cancellations/Exchanges happen - it's OK. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction so please glance over these instructions and contact us.

Returns:

• You may return new unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• We’ll pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error (incorrect item, faulty item, etc.)
• If you believe your item was damaged while in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We will advise you to take a photo of the original packaging so we may follow up with our courier if needed.
• You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

How to Return:

• Take note of the condition of the item received. We accept returned items in their original packing and unused.
• To return an item:
  • Find the item in your Purchase History in My eBay.
  • SelectReturn this item from the More actions dropdown menu.
• You will be notified of the return instructions including the return address.
• Please post the item to us at the provided address. When we receive it, we will process your refund with 5 business days.

Order Cancellations:

• To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and refund your payment immediately.
• If your order has been shipped, please start the returns process once you receive the goods.

Exchanges:

• We accept exchanges of unused items only.
• Simply message us and let us know which items are you exchanging.
• We will notify you of the return instructions including the return address.
• Please post the item to us at the provided address. Kindly include a short note in the parcel mentioning your eBay Order ID and item required in exchange.
• We will post you the exchange within 5 business days of receiving the original item.
• UK customers: there is a re-delivery charge of either £5 (Royal Mail 2^nd Class) or £7 (Royal Mail 1^st Class).
• International customers: there is a re-delivery charge of £18.

• Most of our orders are shipped via the courier Royal Mail.
• You will be provided a tracking number on completion of your order.
• We aim to dispatch the same day all orders that are received before 2pm.
• Depending upon the service chosen by the customer, we use either Royal Mail 1^st Class Tracked service (1-2 business days) or Royal Mail 2^nd Class Tracked service (2-3 business days).
• For international customers, we use Royal Mail International Signed For service. International delivery times vary depending upon the country.
• UK customers:
  • Please allow 5 business days before contacting us if you have not received your order.
  • Royal Mail leaves 'Something for you' (also known as a P739) cards in the event it was unable to complete delivery. The parcel is subsequently brought back to the local Delivery Office to allow collection or redelivery on a more suitable date. Please note that it is not possible to collect mail without both identification matching the name shown on the item & the 'something for you card' itself.
