This is a 3+1 button flip key shell, which means you will NOT be short of PANIC or TRUNK key which happens to those cheap ones! It will fit 2- or 3-button type remotes as well!

You will be getting everything shown in the 2nd photo, including the covers, blank (uncut) key, flip set (spring and the button), Honda logo with tape and 3 screws. No buttons or button covers included! No electronics/chips/transponder included either.

You will need something like what is shown in the 4th photo to start with. The compatibility chart is just a reference. You will be able to use this flip key shell as long as you have some integrated key like the one in the 4th photo. No worries if your remote has less than 4 buttons, it will fit!

Important: take a minute to open your all-in-one key remote with a screwdriver and get the remote part out. It needs to be of the same shape of the one showing in the 5th or 6th (2nd or 3rd last) photo before you can do the flip key conversion! DIY instruction can be found online. If your key's internal configuration looks like the one shown in 5th photo, you will need this. Otherwise, if your key's internal configuration looks like the one shown in 6th photo, you will need this.
