For LED Bulbs, all sales are
final, there will be no refund for any reason. Exchange only
Defective
or Wrong
Items - Buyer must contact within 7 days after received of the
defective item or wrong item. We will only mail out the
exchange items after received the returned items. Please use
the original envelope to send back the item and tell the
postal office to return to the sender and there should be no
mailing fees need to pay.
Non-Defective
Items - There will be 25% re-stocking fees. The
regular exchange must be contacted within 7 days after
received of the item. Buyer pays all shipping fees for
exchange process. The exchange item will be mailed out after
receiving the returned item.
