We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

International Buyers Please Note:

1. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

2. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

3. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

4. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

5. International shipping is affected by high peak shipping times such as Christmas. Terrorist Alerts also slow down customs. Packages go through US customs and then the international country's shipping. Shipping under the best of conditions takes 6-10 BUSINESS days. However at times we are seeing 4-6 weeks. We apologize for the delays but we have no control over the current global situation. We do ship as soon as we have all of the information from you needed. (Within 1 business day of receiving all needed information from you-such as ink colors or glue refill types.)

6. Occassionally we are experiencing times when the package does not track until AFTER it is received. We apologize, but it is not something we control. If it is still not tracking after 14 days please contact us and we will call our local post office and ask if they know anything.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within 24 hours of receipt of the item and approve the return. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund reasonable postage cost.
