COLOR DIFFERENCES ISSUE

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ISSUE

All merchandises are well inspected prior packaging. Although, we are not able to inspect the item if there is original factory packaging.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept return / exchange any merchandise in resalable condition only.
All returned items must in its original and unused condition to be qualifying for refund or exchange.

DELAY ISSUE

Packages can be held up in customs which is beyond our control and unfortunately we can't speed it up, but only can provide tracking as where the package is abouts to those packages that come with tracking number.Delay causing by disasters such as storms, flood, heavy snow, etc is also beyond our control of the delivery time, as well as any unexpected union strike
