Over all good shape. No holes, rips, or tears. Just 3 minor blemishes that will be disclosed as you read on. The stitching on the driver seat shows signs of wear on the corners, refer to pic #4. One of the back rest shows signs wear on the front and has a cluster of little gouges on the back, refer to pic # 8&9. That pretty much sums it all up.
