Hello and welcome.  This is a rare 14" vintage early face Sweet Sue doll and she is all original.  She has all her hair and eyelashes and her eyes open and close as they should.  She has small dirty spots and handling soil on the back of her legs, around her shoulders, the back of her right arm, the back of her neck, on her back at her shoulder blades, and her left buttock.  Her dress is faded and/or dingy.  There are many small holes in the lacy part of the skirt and many small seam separations where it attaches to the top.  On the front of the dress the shiny material has came apart in several places.  There is what looks like a very small staple on the inside of the dress at the waist and I have no idea what it is or why it's there.  Her bloomers are stretched in the waist and I see one pin hole in the front above the right leg.  Her left shoe has a black smudge or stain all the way down the side of it.  They are both dirty/dingy from age and handling.  The ribbons are faded and have some loose strands and/or frays.
