Polaris of Gainesville is a licensed Automotive, Motorcycle and Boat Dealer. This Motorcycle, ATV, or Boat, is for Sale at our physical location, 12556 NW US HWY 441, Alachua, Fl, 32615. We are well established and reputable so bid in confidence. Polaris of Gainesville reserves the right to end this auction early or at any time. Polaris of Gainesville works diligently to pull units from EBay if they are sold from our location while being listed for sale thru EBay’s auction. Polaris of Gainesville takes Extreme effort with our Customers online to make sure this does not happen, though in the event it does, Polaris of Gainesville reserves this right to end the Auction at anytime, if you have any questions before placing a bid, please contact Brian at 1-877-813-3421.

Polaris of Gainesville works very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through text descriptions and elaborate photos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid, please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures. If you have any questions, please email or call 1-877-813-3421 ask for Brian to have them answered prior to placing a bid. We will do a walk a round with you on the phone at your request. This vehicle was inspected before it was offered for sale. If you would like to have this vehicle/Vessel inspected, it will be at your expense, and prior to bidding. We have aftermarket warranties available on most vehicles. If this vehicle is still not covered by a manufacturer's warranty and you decline the service warranty contract, you are purchasing the vehicle 100% AS-IS, WHERE-IS.

We do have financing available, you must be approved and agree to the terms before you place a bid on our Motorcycle, ATV, or Boat, or Accessories. To get approved please call Brian at 1-877-813-3421.

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer as are all taxes and title fees. If you have any questions, need a shipping quote, or would like to see any specific pictures feel free to e-mail or call us again ask for Brian.

 Payment Type Accepted:

               Certified check from the USA or a Canadian Bank, or money order, or wire transfers are accepted. A Personal check will be accepted but the unit will be held until the check is cleared. Pay Pal can only be used for the initial deposit.

Fees:      Out of State Buyers

Some out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license fees. Our documentation Expense is $399 and everyone pays that. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. The laws pertaining to taxes vary per state. Polaris of Gainesville will do whatever is legal. Buyers are encouraged to call us or email us if they have questions pertaining to your state laws.

In State Buyers

In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation Expense is $399. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.

Deposit

We require a $1000 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment, pay pal is preferred.

Other methods are wire transfer, non refundable.

Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 48 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.  Please call if you have negative feed back; please contact us prior to bidding.

Buyer Pickup

A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at our area airport if necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup with dealership prior to making any travel arrangements that include us participating.
