Warranty & Return
12 months Warranty. We accept buyer鈥檚 EXCHANGE and REFUND requirements. Buy with confidence!
Exchange : we accept buyer鈥檚 Exchange Requirement which is requested within our 12 months warranty period if buyers receive a wrong item or defective item, please see our detail exchange policy as below:
1.If the EXCHANGE is requested within 14 calendar days from the day buyer receives it. We will afford the return shipping cost and send you a new replacement. There's no extra charge!
2.If the EXCHANGE is requested between 15th and 60thcalendar day from the day buyer receives it, an replacement of new item can be provided, the return shipping cost will be the buyer's responsibility.
3. If the EXCHANGE is requested after 61th calendar day but within 12 months from the day buyer receives it , an replacement of new item can be provided, buyer is responsible for TWO-WAY shipping cost (return& replacement ).
4.Replacement item, if issued, is only apply for the SAME item#,and does not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
Refund : we accept buyer鈥檚 Refund Requirement which is claimed within 60days from the day buyers receive the item, please see our detail refund policy as below:
1.If the REFUND is requested,due to defective, within 7 calendar days from the day buyer receives it, we pay for the return lable,we also refund you full payment(item fee+ shipping) after receiving the return item.
2.If the REFUND is requested between 8th and 21th calendar days from the day buyer receives it, buyer responsible for return label, we will refund you full payment(item fee+ shipping) after receiving the return item.
3.If the REFUND is requested between 21th and 30th calendar days from the day buyer receives it, buyer responsible for return label, we will refund the original purchase price( Shipping is not refundable) after receiving the return item.
4.If the REFUND is requested between 31th and 60th calendar days from the day buyer receives it, buyer responsible for return label, we will refund you the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee after receiving the return item. Shipping is not refundable.
5. REFUND is not accepted since 61th calendar day from the day buyer receives order.
