Once we have received full payment for your item/s we will post out the SAME DAY (yup!) if before 2pm. If not it will
be the next working day.

We offer free Second Class Royal Mail as standard but there is the option to upgrade on all of our listings.

International shipping is available, if you cannot see your destination country listed please contact me for postal costs.

The package will be sent in an opaque coloured sealed envelope and each garment will be in a clear sealed garment bag.

If an item does go missing, please contact me first before opening a case. I will get back to you straight away and ensure that the issue is dealt with quickly and effectively.

Paypal is obviously the safest way for the seller and the buyer so this option is preferred but I know it is not always an option.

I offer a no quibble money back guarantee if the item is wrong, damaged or unwanted, so long as it is unworn and labels etc are still attached.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. 
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

If an order has been made in error by the buyer or is no longer wanted, the buyer must pay the return postage costs but I will refund the total 
amount originally paid.

Please always retain proof of postage.
