Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorization has been issued by our customer service. All return products should be in original package with all accessories included.
 5. If you receive an item other than the item you purchased, contact us via ebay message within 30 days and return the item for the correct one.
 6. If you receive an item DOA (damage on arrival) or a defects products under warranty period, please contact our customer service via EBay Message.
