~ Delivery ~

We aim to despatch (mon-fri excluding bank holidays) items within 24 hours after payment has been received but it may take up to 48 hours before collection occurs.  Please bear in mind that the estimated delivery times given are not guaranteed by ourselves. Once the Mail has collected we have no control over how long they take to deliver the items to you - Remember it is also dependent on their ease of catching you at home.

If you do not receive your parcel within reasonable times

please, first contact your local Royal Mail depot to see if they are holding it. They should leave a calling card but unfortunately this does not always happen.
