Up for bids is a vintage Coleman model 200A camp lantern (single mantle). The bottom of the font is marked "2 72" which I believe dates the lantern to Feb. of 1972. The adjustment knob and wire adjustment lever do move and the fuel cap can be removed. The item had fuel in it and appears to hold pressure (the fuel has since been emptied so the lantern can be legally shipped). Included in the lot is the original box and box papers including the instruction manual. The lantern is in excellent overall cosmetic condition showing only light use wear.
The lantern has some possible issues that I have been able to detect:
1.) The box and papers do show some age/use wear.
2.) There is a small ding in the font near the Coleman label (this is a small ding and was hard to photograph but the ink pen is pointing to the ding but again it was very, very difficult to photograph).
3.) The lantern has not been tested but did hold pressure and the pressurized gas did come out when the knob and lever were opened.
I am listing a reflector handle that will fit this lantern as a separate listing tonight. I will combine on shipping should you win both.
Shipping weight is approximately 5 pounds. I have give three shipping options (USPS and UPS). Please click on the above shipping tab to compare rates and delivery times.
