Please Note unless specified differently, all our products or most products we sell are Brand New, however, we are not an authorized Canon/Nikon/Panasonic or Sony dealer nor claim to be. This allows us to offer the consumer a lower price than MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) advertised by other dealers. We carry Import Models and U.S Models and both are available in our store. If you navigate to the top of the web page, towards the tabs stating description and shipping/payment you will find a description called, "Item Specifics",which is provided by ebay to give as much detail information about the product as possible. If you find a statement there stating that the item is directly imported by seller or is an "Import Model," it means that the item may have been imported by us and that it may or may not have been originally intended for sale in the U.S.

All Canon/Nikon/Panasonic or Sony product comes with all original accessories, and ready to operate plus a third-party AC adapter and/or battery charger (if needed). Depending on the country of origin, international versions of a product may differ from domestic versions in certain ways including, without limitation, their packaging, charger, AC adapters, printed manual, and manufacturer warranty. Please note that if you purchase a “body only” offer, it may arrive in an original or Kit box from which other parts such as the lens may have been removed. If you purchased a lens only, it is a "NEW" lens, but the product may or may not be delivered in manufacturer packaging. The product may or may not include the original manual, but access to an English product manual is available via the internet. A 1 Year parts, 90 day Labor U.S Store warranty is provided by us the sellers and extended coverage can be provided also if interested. Import items may not be eligible for a manufacturer warranty in the USA.

Returns

We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. If there is any problem with the item please call us at 908-290-0243. We solve all issues. Before returning an item you must contact customer service at 908-290-0243 to obtain a return approval (RMA number). New items can be returned for a money refund or a replacement/exchange item. To be eligible for a return the items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in the original box. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and accessories must also be included in its original condition.

Shipping an item back to Deals All Year without contacting us first, may lead to refused delivery on our side and package being returned to you, at your cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned packages will be charged return shipping. Items that are shipped free, if returned, a refund less our original shipping cost will be given. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 10% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (since the carrier will be charging us for both ways). Please make sure we authorized your return.

A restocking fee of 10% for handling and processing will be charge for returning items. If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. A valid phone number is required for shipping and may be used for payment verification & shipping protection. The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth). Q: I received a tracking number and when I attempt to track it on the respective courier's website it states that it is invalid, what should I do?

A: Rest assured, this is a valid tracking number for the order you placed. In our on going efforts to satisfy customers tracking numbers are sent to you almost as immediately as we receive them. It could be that it is too early to check on your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier to update their databases. Most couriers update their tracking info the following morning after a package has been sent from our facility.
