Shipping
• All Shipping rates include insurance up to a purchase price of $75. If over that amount shipping does not include insurance. Buyer must request insurance at the time you win auction.
• Insurance does not cover theft from your door. If signature is required please request it at time you win auction. This is additional $2.00
• Free Shipping does include insurance
*Combined shipping is available.
• If your shipment is “returned to sender” for insufficient address, no such address, etc. Buyer is responsible to correct the issue and pay to have item re-shipped.
*International shipments are handled through the eBay Global Shipping Program - please do not email requesting another method of shipping other than the one shown for international sales. This shipping method is used because it is reliable and tracks the shipment internationally, first class mail cannot be tracked and therefore we do not use it. Additionally, Global Shipping Program provides insurance on your package whereas other methods of shipping do not provide insurance for international shipments.
Returns
• All items sold AS-IS unless otherwise stated in listing.
• Returns accepted for defective or item is not as described only. Damaged in shipping does not qualify for not as described. Any item materially changed or altered after receipt by the buyer also does not qualify as not as described. There is a 20% restocking charge on all returns.
• Returns are not accepted for issues such as incompatibility, item not supported, or buyers remorse
• If item is defective buyer needs to contact seller within 7 days of receipt.
