According to eBay policy, an item is new with tags if, “New with tags: A brand-new, unused, and unworn item (including handmade items) in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or with the original tags attached.” Many of my items are purchased online and are in their original packaging but do not have a hang tag, these items are still considered new with tags.

As many of my items are tried on in store small signs of being tried on are normal. I cannot be responsible for missing extra items such as removable straps or extra buttons. If you require these items for purchase, please contact me to inspect the item for them before placing purchase.

As with any other business, please wait 48 business hours for an email response and I will try to respond to inquiries as soon as possible.

I now ship internationally to countries within the Global Shipping Program.

If you have any type of an issue with your item, please contact me before returning the item or opening a case. I am more than happy to hear your thoughts and try to find a happy solution! As you can see from my reviews, I work very hard to make my buyers happy!

Returns:

-    -  Please return your item through the automated returns process.

-    -  Returns must be made within 14 days.

     - The buyer is responsible for return shipping, the refund will be minus the original cost of shipping, and I charge a 10% restocking fee.

-    - If you are returning an item for the reasoning of the item being “not as described” you MUST contact me before opening up a return.

-    - Return the item in its original condition, which includes the brand packaging it came in as that often acts as the tag and if it is returned without it is no longer in its original condition.
