You will be notified on the day that your goods have been despatched via automated e-mail from eBay
Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods. Please note that if there are any problems, contact us using the eBay messaging service
Orders sent out first class should reach you within 1 to 2 days of dispatch and second class within 2 to 3 days but please note that there can occasionally be a postal delay and Royal Mail will not consider an item missing until 15 working days have passed.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that payment is received in the due time as listed above

You may return the goods in an unused condition for up to 14 days after you receive them.
Goods are usually dispatched on the same day for orders received by 2pm except for weekends, orders placed anytime after 2pm on Friday will be posted out on Monday.
We cannot accept any responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of the carrier.
