I will give you a few tips on using and caring for your mat, that will make sure that you remain happy that you made this purchase today....

  • When inflating, just unroll, undo nozzle and allow to self-inflate ( a good 10-15 mins.).
  • I like to add a few puffs of air myself, just to top it up. Note that for the first time use, it is helpful to add a couple of puffs of air and fold a couple of times to renew the elasticity.
  • Most people will find that manually inflating the pillow about half way is the most comfortable.
  • To deflate the mat, just undo the nozzle, fold the mat a number of times with putting pressure on the mat to expel the air. Re tighten the nozzle roll mat and just put the elastic back on and pop in bag.
  • In between uses, its a good idea, if you have room, to store the mattresses unfolded with the nozzle with the nozzle open. This will allow the mats to keep their best shape and elasticity as well as optimum inflation capabilities.
