Caran D'Ache Neocolor II watersoluble crayons are renowned around the world for their high pigment content, excellent lightfastness and ease with which they blend. The crayons can be used wet or dry. Blend them using a wet brush or wet good quality watercolour paper and apply them directly. Their great colour strength gives them good covering ability so colours can be applied over each other. They are also soft enough to blend dry with fingers.
Each set contains the following colours: White, Black, Yellow, Orange, Ochre, Brown , Vermilion , Scarlet , Purple , Violet, Ultramarine , Cobalt Blue , Turquoise Blue , Emerald Green , Yellow Green.

IF YOUR ITEM IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS, WE SHALL REFUND YOU FOR YOUR ITEM MINUS THE POSTAGE COSTS. IF YOU WISH FOR YOUR ITEM TO BE RE SENT, THE BUYER MUST PAY POSTAGE AGAIN. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS.
We do our very best to despatch our products same day, as long as they are placed before 1pm on a working day.
We offer three choices of delivery:
We send our parcels Royal Mail International Tracked for overseas due to the amount of parcels that have been delayed in delivery or have failed to be delivered.
Once we despatched your parcel, it is then in the hands of the postal service. If for any reason you believe your parcel has not been delivered, please be aware that it can take up to 4 weeks for delivery of the parcel. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are concerned about your parcel.

Returns
If you wish to return an item, for whatever reason, you must contact us first. You have 14 days after purchase to return the item, as long as it is unused and not damaged.
