Return policy
You may cancel your order any time
within 7 days beginning on the day you received your goods.
We will refund the price of the goods
in full; however the delivery costs originally paid are non- refundable unless
your entire order is cancelled within 7 days of receipt of goods.
You will be responsible for the cost
of returning the goods to us.
If a refund is payable to you we will
process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within 30 days of the
day you gave written notice of cancellation.
‘GET IT FAST’ purchases sent by Royal
Mail Special Delivery are non-refundable, defective goods will be replaced
only.
If the defective item is out of
stock, the customer will be issued a credit note that can be used to purchase
other items from us.
The credit will not include the
P&P charges, but any purchase made using the credit note will be posted
free of charge by our economy postal service.
To cancel an order you must return
the goods to us immediately.
The goods must be returned in the
same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned at your
own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take
reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
If you fail to comply with this
obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
This applies to all goods that are
returned.
Our returns policy does not affect
your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are
defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your
refund via email within a reasonable period of time.
We will process the refund due to you
as soon as possible and, in any case within 30 days of the day we confirm via
email that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
Any orders for personalised goods and
DVD’S are non-returnable.

your statutory rights.
