VINTAGE McKEE CUSTARD (?) GLASS RISQUE BOTTOMS UP SHOT
GLASS (NO COASTER)
We bought this piece from a reputable antiques dealer
in the
early 1970s. She said they were "custard glass".
After some
research on eBay, I am not so certain. They do look
like
custard pudding, so maybe was
correct.
No cracks or chips, but you can feel the mold marks in
a couple
of places -- across the hips for one. Fingers &
nose of the
naughty lady are discernable. There is a very small
black fleck
in the glass on one shoulder -- close in size to the
head of a
straight pin.
It measures approximately 3-1/2" x
2-1/4".
