This Invebo kit
has all the parts and materials that are needed to carry out the
replacement of your docking connector on your Sounddock Series II. It
is a simple operation that takes about five to ten minutes. The dock
connector is tough and held in place by seven Silver/Tin alloy anchor

This is a replacement board for all Bose® SoundDock®
Series 2 docks. This issue 5 board upgrades the previous issues so that
your dock will detect and play all Apple devices withthe 30-pin docking connector including Iphones and
the Ipod touch. It replaces original part numbers 309631-001,
309631-002, 309631-003, 309631-004, 309631-005. It is supplied with all
the tools and comprehensive instructions to enable you to replace your
docking connector. This board is compatible with the Bose® SoundDock® Series 2 only.

- Will my dock look the same afterward? Yes, the adapters and IPOD fit in just the same way as in the original dock.
- Do I need any other tools? no.
- What skills do I need? You must be able to remove screws and be able to reconnect the ribbon cable. This is quite easy to do.
- What do I do if the
repair kit does not fix my problem? We offer telephone and web support
with detailed instructions and a refund or a low cost ($20) top-up
repair service.
- Am
I in danger of electric shock? No, you should disconnect the power to
protect your unit but there are no hazardous voltages inside the
SoundDock.
