For items dispatched within UK, we use Royal Mail 48 as Economy delivery method, and Royal Mail 24 as Standard delivery method, Royal Mail 24 is not a guaranteed next day delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver Royal Mail 48 service within 2-3 working day, and 1-2 working days for the Royal Mail 24 service. If you are looking for a guaranteed next day delivery,we offer guaranteed next day delivery within the UK mainland using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

If you are out when the delivery attempt is made, it is your responsibility to contact delivery service to arrange re-delivery or collection from their depot.

For shipments outside of the United Kingdom, we use tracked and insured Royal Mail International service. Please note, you may have to sign for your parcel.

We aim to exceed your expectation. However, we understand that from time to time you may wish to return item(s) bought for a full refund. If for any reason, or no reason you're not completely satisfied with item(s) bought from us, we will provide a full refund when product(s) is returned within 30 days of receipt. All we ask is that you keep all original packaging and that product(s) is in saleable condition.
