We ship Monday 8AM until 3 pm Thursday EST. Any orders we receive after 3 pm on Thursday will be shipped on Monday. If Monday is a federal holiday, orders will be shipped on Tuesday. Any orders received before 3 PM EST Monday - Thursday will normally ship out the same day. We ship this item DHL Global Mail which has a delivery range between 5 - 8 days. Please wait until 5 days after the SHIPPED date to inquire about an order that has not been delivered. We cannot offer a faster shipping service for these items at this time.
