Package Includes:

• We ship once daily from Monday-Friday in the morning. Therefore, orders placed on Friday afternoon will be postponed to next week.
• We usually need 1 working days to process orders.
• Please understand orders placed on weekends and holidays will be postponed to the latest working days.
• Orders placed on Friday morning will also shipped in the morning, however, couriers usually do not arrange delivery on weekends, therefore, items placed on Friday will be delivered next week. 
• Our normal shipping methods: Royal Mail First Class/ Other courier 48Hours for Free Shipping, Other courier 24 Hours requires extra charges.

Return Policy:

• Please contact us before you return the item. Any item returned without your notice, might not be handled as we may not understand whose return it is.
• In order to help us understand whose return it is, you will be required to stick the Return Label on the item you want to return and also include your return reason on it. Your refund or replacement will not be eligible if there’s no Return Label or Return Note come with your return.  NOTE: We strongly suggest you to take a photo for prove before the item is returned.
• Products must be returned in the original condition you received them.
• Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your paypal within 5 working days.
• If item is returned by shipping company due to undelivered address and postcode or nobody sign for delivery, we will not charge any restocking fee, but the shipping cost for re-sending the item will be undertaken by you.
• If item is defective, or not as described or sent less or sent wrong parts/item, we will provide the collection or send you a prepaid return label and we will undertake all shipping cost for return and replacement. If you request refund, your original shipping cost will also be refunded to you.
• Please understand any return due to your personal reasons; we will not undertake the shipping cost.
• If you chose to return the item by yourself, please provide us a tracking number so that we can process your return timely and accurately.
• Consumables cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective of receipt. For example: Hi-power Bulb, etc.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return.
