This insert fits the into cradle and and provides a sturdy rear support for your Apple device. It prolongs the life of your dock by preventing wear and tear on your dock connector and also supports the iPod or iPhone when using the touch screen or selector wheel. This makes the controls much more positive use and you dont have to worry about pressing too too hard.

It has been specially designed so that the majority of protective cases do NOT have to be removed from your Apple device before docking. (Max case thickness 2mm).
It takes a few minutes to fit. Supplied with torx driver. Fitting instructions are in the YouTube video link below. It is compatible with all Bose SoundDock Original Series 1 models.
