WWII BRITISH AIRBORNE HELMET

I have been collecting helmets for a number of years and I can, hand on heart, say this is the best example of a WWII Airborne helmet I have ever seen.

It is a museum quality example of the classic helmet that was used in operations such as Market Garden and D-Day

The liner, usually the only way of dating these, is clearly marked as Briggs Motor Bodies (BMB) and in excellent condition
It is clearly marked 1943 size 7.

The original helmet net with hessian (burlap) is in excellent condition.

It was only when I removed the net that the camouflage paint scheme is revealed.

This is an honest listing of a truly incredible, rare elite forces helmet.

You are bidding on a very reluctant sale. I know I will regret parting with it.
