get delivered later than estimated delivery dates. All the complaints

note that the delivery of the goods sometimes can take a lot longer than
average delivery time depending on the country and for many other
reasons. It can take 1 week or up to 5-6 weeks. If you can't wait please
do not buy.
If you buy more than one pair and you would like combined shipping to the same address you will get shipping discount for each additional item. If you buy more than one but don't get your shipping discount during checkout the extra money will be refunded to you immediately(for example, if you are an international buyer you will pay $45 for the first item, each additional item should cost you only $19.99 if you chose combine shipping. If you encounter difficulties during check out and end up paying full shipping fee of $45, please email me and I will refund you the extra charge.

- For your protection, we are unable to ship to alternate addresses. Sorry, no exceptions!
- After receiving the item, contact seller within 14 days
- All returns must be pre-approved by emailing to our RMA Department (Return Merchandise Authorization). The buyer is responsible for both way shipping fees .
- Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 2 business days with an instruction for sending back the item(s).
- We will ship the replacement once we have received and processed the returned item(s). If you request for a refund, we will notify you via Email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s).
- The item has to be in the same condition and packaging as it was received by the buyer.
- If the item is altered by the buyer in any way or the original labels have been removed a fee might be applied or the returned might be denied.
- The buyers are responsible for their Countries' import taxes if there is one. The rules differ from Country to Country, so please make sure to get familiarized with your Country's Import duty rules(many Countries have free import allowance limit and you might not have to pay anything).
