Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within 24hrs (Monday to Friday), Please note: we do not dispatch on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.
Most items will be posted out the same day if payment is received before 11:00 am
If there is a delay due to excessive workload or we are awaiting a delivery we will advise you within the above timescale.
We use Carriers (for larger items) or Royal Mail (for smaller items). Once dispatched we have no control over length of delivery time, dates shown on the site are estimates only, so please be patient. Royal Mail in particular will not accept any claims for 15 days after posting, but we will endeavor to do what we can. If you have any specific or particular postal requirements please contact us and we will advise costings etc...

Express orders placed before 11am for overnight delivery will be dispatched same day, wherever possible.

Items which have a specified pre order date will be dispatched on the pre order date shown unless overnight courier has been requested in which case the item should arrive on the pre order date.
All our products are sent either from stock or via a recognized warehousing/fulfillment service. Where possible we will dispatch from stock, we reserve the right to use a warehousing/fulfillment center, as this will reduce any potential delays to your order. If we do use an outside service to process your order, this will be done within the timescale explained above.
