Black Cat Medicines is part of a traditional family run Veterinary Surgery (Gilmore Veterinary Surgery) which was established in 1985. Shipping
All items are normally dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed i.e picked and packed the day after ordering. It then may take a further 3
working days for Royal Mail to delivery your order. Express Orders are sent with Royal Mail Parcels or DPD Couriers.
If you choose our EXPEDITED faster service, your order will be despatched within 24hrs of the order being placed and will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class or
DPD Couriers depending on the weight of the parcel.
**Please note that in some circumstances orders may take slightly longer to dispatch, however, if this is the case the delivery will then be upgraded to a 'Priority
Next Working Day Service' (Royal Mail 1st Class or DPD Next Working Day Courier) to ensure you receive your product within a timely period.
Please note we do not ship to AEROSOL CANS to EIRE and EU Countries due to the new Royal Mail Air Mail Service guidlines. If you do require an order
containing Aerosols such as flea sprays to Europe we can send them by courier for an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote.
Returns
Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days so long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Returns are paid for by the customer. In the event your item is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will arrange to collect and refund, or, replace the item.
