Returns: In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, Kitsch & Caboodle of London offer a 14 day return policy (unless otherwise stated). However, please be aware that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings or underwear, unless they are faulty. You must contact us in advance of returning an item by using the eBay automated returns section or by sending us a message via eBay Messages. Once this has been approved, if you haven't already done so, you must initiate a return case through eBay's resolution centre. Failure to do this may delay your refund. As soon as your item has been received it will be inspected, and if it is found to be damaged, altered or worn, the return will not be accepted. Providing the item is returned in good time, and in perfect condition, with all paperwork and packaging included, we will issue your refund minus any postage and packing charges (unless the return is due to a fault of Kitsch & Caboodle, in which case your postage will also be refunded). All items should be sent back to us via a reliable delivery service, as no responsibility will be taken for items not received. The return postage will be the responsibility of the sender.
Every item is checked before it is sent out, however, in the unlikely event that you receive a genuinely faulty item, we will replace the item, or refund you, free of charge.
