We ship worldwide with the exception of certain locations. We use economy shipping for all listings unless stated otherwise. Note that this shipping method does not carry a tracking number.If tracking is required please contact us. Orders for the European countries are typically delivered within 7-10 business days. Orders to North America and the rest of the world parcels are normally delivered within 15-20 business days.

If you have not received your item in the time frame noted above please contact us (note that weekends and Bank holidays are not considered business days). Most of our orders are delivered before the estimated delivered date (see feedback) but sometimes items do get delayed by the post office.

We process and ship every day, Monday through Friday. Orders received before 12:00 pm are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm and orders placed on the weekends and/or Bank holidays are shipped the following working day

We offer a no questions asked return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase please return the item for a full refund. In the case you receive a defective or the wrong item which you would like to return or replace please notify us within 14 days from the day you receive the item. We will refund your money or send out a replacement order (your choice) as soon as we receive the item.
